Hello.
I am a musician based in the UK.
My main instrument is the violin.
I also play Bass Guitar and other instruments that I can get my hands on long enough.
I love to travel and have been lucky enough that music has taken me to new places around the world including regular visits to Berlin, Germany and taking part in the first ever Orchestral Concert that took place in Nablus, Palestine.
I regularly work as a session musician in the UK and Europe. Past sessions include recording at Abbey Road Studios, London and playing on the German Indie Film ‘Ameisen Gehen Andere Wege’ on which the soundtrack featured J. Mascis.
I currently play bass guitar for Leeds indie rock band, Hope and Social. We tour extensively around the UK and are at the forefront of the new music industries.
I believe in social neutrality in music and that all music is universally applicable. Division and exclusion only comes through people not thinking that a type of music relates to them. I believe this not to be true and one of the great things that technology is enabling us to do is have open access to music and people both in the artistic process and as a consumer. This can only make for better art should we want it.
